In her past life, this vessel has served as a working barge and a prestigious floating restaurant.
Her current owners had begun restoring her for use as a very large houseboat. Unfortunately due a change in their circumstances they have decided to sell her and move ashore.
This barge represents a great opportunity for further development into what could be in my opinion, a great liveaboard. Our understanding is that mooring is transferable and as can be seen from the listing, her current location has some beautiful coastal views.
