NOW REDUCED. The Seal 28 is quite a substantial cruising yacht and packs a lot of accommodation into a 28 foot hull, including an aft cabin. The lifting keel with its min draft of 30" has been really useful, max draft is 4ft 9". I have owned the boat for nearly 10 years and only giving up due to a worsening shoulder injury, which means I am unable to sail. During this time I have steadily replaced many items. Contessa 28 (Sail no. 1550) Built by Jeremy Roger in 1978 and designed by Doug Peterson Aelea (then Green Arrow) was built for a Dutchmen by Jeremy Rogers. The crew for the delivery to Holland, another Dutchman became the second owner in 1987. Aelea as she was now called spent most of her life on the Southern Deltas and the inland seas.
