Why is this excellent little craft going for such a low price? The exterior wood would need to be changed, and the deck could do with being re-painted quickly at the same time. Aspects to the interior need varnishing. Basically there is very little investment needed other than some paint, varnish and a bit of time. Mechanically and equipment-wise a very sound craft ready to take you to any destination in comfort and independence.

A seriously sturdy little craft with properties perfectly suited for tidal waters as well as inland waterways. Twin keels encased in fiberglass is low maintenance and safe.
A lot of different equipment on board. Autopilot, windlass, wind-instrument, quality hi-fi stereo and HF radio receiver. 220V sockets as well as multiple 12V sockets. Lights are LED and the 12V system is a no-costs spared full Stanley Electronics charger and AGM batteries. Separate house and engine batteries with special - charger and de-sulphation unit installed. Effective solar panel for time away and trickle charging.
Quality toilet installation which is the very reliable Lavac system with new integrated to hull holding tank.
Heater is the full ARDIC boat diesel heater which uses a little 12V power and diesel, fitted with blower for all cabins, including shower. Works very well and furthermore heats up the water for galley and shower. Fitted calorifier fo allow engine cooling water to heat up the house-water systems and heating as well. This means running the engine gives you hot showers as well as cabin heater.
Dodger and sprayshields for cockpit. Also new davits for dinghy installed.
Self-tailing cockpit winches new in 2000 or later (can't remember exactly when).
The standard expected on a coastal cruiser.
This is the very reliable and quiet running Volvo Penta 2003 model. Installed professionally with prop-guard and extra fuel tank (storage and daytank system) in 1992. Very pedantically serviced and maintained over the years.
The mast is a new Z-Spars rig from 2008. The sails are new in 2015 and never used only tested for size. In-mast furling and furling genoa. Very nice symmetrical spinnaker and pole also included.
