GRP hull, deck,deck saloon and superstructure, teak cockpit flooring, white hull with blue stripes, off white deck, cockpit and wheelhouse. The Mascot 28 Motorsailor combines impressive below decks accommodation with good sailing performance. Fitted with Maxi Roach Easy Reef Inmast system, and furling Genoa makes her easy to handle, whilst offering 7 berths in three cabins and very appealing for a family sailor.Features include Dual steering positions, bow thruster, Eberspacher heating, auto pilot, chartplotter and VHF/DSC radio with AIS receiver, depth & wind gauges.

The interior offers a spacious interior which you will normally only find in larger boats. There are two berths in the fo'scle with storage underneath, and hatch to foredeck. The main saloon has a u shaped dinette to starboard and a settee berth to port. There are lockers underneath. Sleeps 3( one double, one single berth.) The toilet compartment is between main saloon and the Fo'scle and has a marine WC, washbasin with pressure water supply. There is also a hanging locker amidships. There is a roofed wheelhouse with inside helmsman's seat. Main saloon and wheelhouse have full standing room. The galley to port is equipped with a gas hob and cooker, sink, electric water pump, cupboards and drawers. To starboard is a helmsman's seat, teak steering wheel with teleflex control. Underneath the helmsman's seat is space for a refridgerator/storage. There is a sliding sunroof. The cockpit is spacious with lockers port and starboard. There is a cockpit canopy which increases its use when in harbour. In the cockpit aft is a tiller for helming. The aft cabin is accessed via the cockpit. There are two berths and storage space for sails etc. 12 volt lighting to all cabins.

Hull and deck are handlaid fibre-glass and the cabin top is a balsa sandwich construction. The keel is a fin type and is moulded together with the hull. Its weight amounts to 1900kgs of cast iron enscapulated in polyester. There is a self draining chain locker and a large hatch on the foredeck. The aft deck provides a good steering position, when the tiller is in use.

The rig is Bermudan sloop with stainless steel rigging(2014) , aluminium mast and spars by John Mast of Denmark. Tereylene running rigging controlled from the cockpit ( all replaced 2015-19. Maxi Roach Easyreef in mast mainsail furling( after market fitting circa 2000) Roller furling Genoa. One mast winch, two self tailing cockpit winches, 1x kedge anchor winch.
