New 60 x 12ft 6 Widebeam

I have a brand new 60 x 12ft6 widebeam for sale. I bought her as a sailaway lined additions from west London Boat Brokerage. She was built by Collingwood and completed in November 2020. I then had her finished off professionally by my carpenter to my design. Unfortunately my circumstances have now changed and she is for sale, without ever having been lived on.
The systems that were fitted at the factory are under warranty (for example the electrics, central heating, shower and first fix plumbing), as is the engine and boat itself.
She is a cruiser stern with a rounded stern, painted in grey. She has been fitted with black window frames and mushroom vents. The stern deck has good access to the engine bay which houses the 52hp canaline engine, 75 litre 3 way calorifier and the batteries (3 x 110ah domestic and 1 engine). There is plenty of storage space in the engine bay. The shore power is on the stern deck as is the gas box which can house 2 x 13kg gas bottles. The binnacle has the controls for the vetus 95kgf bow thruster.
Double steel doors lead to the steps down to the galley. These steps are designed to easily be moved out of the way (when unhooked) to give access to the sterling 2.5 combi inverter, main fuse and expansion tank for the webasto central heating.
The galley is fitted with a grey Howdens kitchen and butchers block worksurface. It is very well equipped with lots of storage, a black gas range cooker with 6 rings, 12 volt integrated fridge, integrated dishwasher and integrated washer dryer. There is led lighting under the gunnel and pendant lights above the breakfast bar, giving a very modern but homely feel to the boat.
The galley leads through to the open plan living area. This has engineered Oak wooden floor , grey walls below the gunnels and white above. Grey curtains and radiators finish off the design. There is a multi fuel stove with log store below and cupboards for storage built on either side of the burner.
The corridor leads to bedroom 2. A glazed privacy open into this room which is carpeted and has 240 sockets fitted. It has been left as a blank canvas. It would be ideal as a bedroom or office.
Next to bedroom 2 is the large and stylish bathroom. With tiled floor and grey walls it is practical and comfortable. A 1200 x 800 shower enclosure provides lots of space. The sink and vanity unit along with floating shelves provide lots of storage. There is a ‘compost’ composting toilet installed, making this an ideal boat for a continuous cruiser.
At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom. This is carpeted and has curtains fitted. A double ottoman bed makes the room feel generous in size. The lift up bed gives the extra storage needed, as do the built in wardrobes and cupboards above the beds. There are part glazed double doors leading on the bow deck. Under the step to the bow deck is the water pump (the step lifts up for easy access and some extra storage).
The bow deck is large enough for a bistro table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee. There is access to the bow thruster, where there is the battery and isolation switch. There is a large locker right at the bow, ideal for storing an anchor, hose pipes and spare ropes.
This boat is the ideal size to give enough space for comfortable living, whilst allowing to be used for continuous cruising or in a marina.
