Disarray was originally purchased by Island Sailing and spent the first two seasons giving prospective Greek island charterers a chance to get experience in the UK, the boat was professionally skippered and maintained. She was sold in 1989 as part of the company policy to buy the latest model. She was bought by a syndicate of 3 experienced Yacht masters and sailed around the UK and much of Northern France, we joined the syndicate in 2003 buying out the other members as they left. The mast and rigging were completely replaced in 1993, to include the fitting of the roller reefing system. Some of the standing rigging was replaced again in 2006 & 2013. The hull was last surveyed in May 2007 and no serious problems were noted. She has been well maintained and a joy to sail!
