Stored inside out of season.
Proctor mast and boom.
New Center main & jammer/ block, 2 sets sails and genoa, paddles and anchor. Combi launching trolley and road trailer in good condition.
Blue top cover in good condition.
I have owned the boat since 2001, based initially on Ullswater now on the Exe. Used a little for club racing but mainly as an excellent family / cruising boat. |

Built by Gostelows at Boston, Lincs this is a beautiful east coast gaff cutter with a sweet bow and canoe stern, 1.5 inch larch on 3.5 - 4" inch oak frames very strongly built originally for the North Sea, 37 feet on deck (45 with bowsprit) x 10 x 6, 6 foot head room in main cabin. New multifuel puffin stove, 2 burner Flavel Wayfarer gas hob with oven, mahogany dinning table, parafin and electric lights, Lister 20hp in good working order, all rigging overhauled this summer, new running rigging, all blocks serviced stripped and varnished, decks recaulked and painted and there are no leaks! New iroko toerails, new sliding hatch, new hatch and sail covers, spars have been stripped and revarnished. Interior refurbished painted and varnished. New batteries, nav light and boxes, new VHF DSC, log and depth.
Included is cold moulded wooden tender (similar to Ducking) oars etc.

18ft Regal Avanti SE Bowrider
Imported from America in 2004 from Florida where it had been used in freshwater only, has had very little use since being imported.
The boat has had thousands spent on it in the last year including:
Full engine rebuild as a result of oil pump failure - a known fault on these engines
Rebuild included new rods,rings,reground crank, new bearings, re bored, new oil pump, new distributor , new head gasket and head skimmed, new camshaft and reground valves. You are effectively buying a new engine!
Also has had the transom replaced due to water ingress this was carried out professionally and resealed to a higher standard than new with the repair not being visible.
New prop and new seals in the leg
Engine has had several full oil and filter changes since being run in after rebuild. Engine has done approximately 25 hours since rebuild
The interior is in very good condition with lots of storage under the front seats as well as a ski locker under the floor and has a factory fitted ski towing point.
Tows skiers and inflatable’s with ease. The boat comes on a galvanised trailer which tows extremely well
The boat has never missed a beat since this work has been carried, other projects force sale. Viewings are highly recommended and welcome. |
